Join a team of administrative professionals working to provide opportunities for inmates in Wisconsin correctional facilities to prepare for successful community reentry. The Bureau of Correctional Enterprises, within the Division of Adult Institutions, provides opportunities for inmates to work, learn and earn during the confinement portion of a prison sentence. Work provides for the constructive use of inmates' time inside an institution, reducing opportunities for rule violations. Learning general work skills applicable to any job and technical skills applicable to specific jobs enables inmates to be stronger job applicants and to become valuable employees when they return to the community.
